Could you be the new Digital Marketing Lead for St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth who will support us to make our digital fundraising ambitions a reality? Working with our Data Marketing and Partnerships teams to further develop our income generation digital strategy, you will help us to identify and engage in multiple new ways of increasing income and supporter engagement through the maximisation of new and existing digital channels.
Possessing comprehensive digital marketing knowledge, you will be an obsessively interested in, technology and social media loving, passionate, fun and enthusiastic individual. With a robust technical mind you will operate with attention to detail, ensuring that the most effective processes, planning, preparation, practices, and testing techniques are in place to deliver results.
The post holder should be educated to degree level or equivalent, with proven experience in managing digital paid media fundraising activities including the implementation, analysis and management of campaigns.Through clear communication you will also have the ability to build effective and strong internal working relationships with key members of staff, and set clear project objectives to meet the strategic need.
This will be a fast paced and challenging role within the busy and dynamic Income Generation based in Plymouth and will report into the Data Marketing Manager. The post holder will be expected to regularly monitor income generation social media data and technical platforms and enjoy keeping abreast of current and future digital trends. Regular communication with external suppliers and industry experts will be required to develop productive relationships that build engagement and support for St Luke’s. To this end you will need great communication, planning and organisational skills along with strong administrative experience.
