The Fundraising Administration and Database Manager is a key member of The Kirkwood’s Fundraising team, with special responsibility for managing the fundraising databases, providing administrative support for the Fundraising Team and line management of the Administrative Assistant and Fundraising Assistant.

This agile role will offer flexibility between primary office based working, with some home working. This diverse role will allow the successful candidate to manage and develop our Donorflex database system, whilst also allowing creativity to support the wider team in creating fundraising materials. The successful candidate will also manage the Administrative Assistant and Fundraising Assistant, so experience of line management is essential.
